Wickham Park is part of the Brevard County Park System. Its 390 acres are filled with walking and bike trails, a disc golf course, an equestrian center, multipurpose playing fields, courts for volley ball and horse shoes, a playground and a dog park.

Melbourne is convenient to beaches, Merritt Island Refuge, the Kennedy Space Center, and Spring training baseball. Orlando is an hours drive.

There is a Farmers Market every Thusday.
It is dog friendly.
There is an abundance of wildlife.
This is not a resort park.
There is no pool or wifi or cable TV. We did receive 17 Orlando stations using our OTA antenna.

The camping area provides 88 sites with full hookups as well as a rustic camping area for tents and a 25 rig overflow lot with water and electric only.

The campsites were generous in size. We had enough space to move around without feeling like we crowded the neighbors. The hookups are positioned so that you need to drive into some sites rather than back in but there is enough space to allow you to maneuver.

We enjoyed our stay at Wickham and would definitely stay there again.
